Last month Brian Gammage joined the VMware End User Computing team from Gartner where he was Vice President and Research Fellow covering client computing and desktop virtualization for many years. Brian is one of the most knowledgeable and well respected analysts in this field and it is an honor to have him in our team now!!

I am looking forward to what he is going to bring to the table in terms of industry and more importantly customer knowledge but I am also extremely flattered that he chose VMware to move back to the vendor side of thing. I think it is a testament to VMware leadership in desktop virtualization and huge potential in End User Computing at large.

Plus, I now have somebody I can speak Italian with given he is very fluent in my language 🙂
